I greatly appreciate good constructive criticism. I am always looking to improve. Please do not hold back for the sake of my feelings. My ignorance and lack of intelligence far exceeds my knowledge and my intelligence (which is true for anyone), so almost every choice I make is significantly suboptimal. Hurtful criticism (that even has a chance to convince me) is much better than no criticism.
