2004 Electric Car Boom

Remember the electric car boom in 2004?

No? That's because it didn't happen in 2004, but that's when Elon Musk became the majority shareholder of Tesla and took a very active role in the company.

Through novel analysis, Elon Musk concluded that there was a considerable probability of a future electric car boom, and he devised the unconventional idea to get heavily involved in Tesla because of that novel analysis.

Elon Musk profited much more than anyone else trying to ride that electric car wave after it became obvious.
