The holy being pretty much does not have any kind of physical form since the holy being is beyond reality, logic, and/or existence. But, here is a humanoid physical form that I think would be a fairly good representation of the holy being. I think other forms that are not humanoid would be a better representation of the holy being, but a humanoid form is more relatable to humans.
